IRC Section 30C provides a federal tax credit for alternative fuel vehicle refueling property, including EV charging stations installed in eligible census tracts.

File Form 8911

File IRS Form 8911 with your federal tax return for the tax year the property was placed in service. Unused credit may be carried forward.
